‘A-TEK’ offering new program for RTB

RTB-Bor employees proclaimed to be labor surplus during the first three years upon privatization shall get financial compensation depending on the average price of copper at London exchange of metals and in the worst case that compensation shall be 200 Euros per a working year.

This is said in the proposal of the additional social program by Austrian ‘A-TEK’, the first ranked bidder in tender for the sale of RTB-Bor.
In this proposal the Austrian company also guarantees that the average pay shall not be lower than the actual average of 350 Euros but also that the pay shall follow the living costs rise.
‘A-TEK’ is further ready to keep all 4,687 employees and use technology providing maximal health protection of the employees.
